Per user's requests, we implemented kill switch in this version to further enhance security.
For best security, application level Kill Switch is always on for Ultrasurf VPN, i.e. in case Ultrasurf VPN connection is lost, no internet connection will be available, unless the user manually switch off Ultrasurf VPN (or Ultrasurf VPN is killed or Android system VPN is turned off).

1. Sometimes it does not connect, we fixed some issues and hope it will improve.
2. Sometimes it connected but can't browse, we fixed some issues and hope it will improve too.

4. Exit was broken, it exit but restarts the app. It is fixed, now exit should close the app gracefully.
